This Privacy Policy explains how Boppl. ("Boppl" or "we" or "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use, access and interact with our services (the "Services"), including without limitation, through our websites, mobile applications, or other online services. This Privacy Policy applies to consumer users. By using, accessing, or interacting with the Services, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties or individuals that we do not own, control, manage or employ, including, but not limited to, venues in the Boppl network (each, a "venue") or any other third party websites, services, or applications that you chose to access or use through the Services or that you chose to use to interact with through the Services. Some examples of such third parties are provided throughout this Privacy Policy, but please note that the examples included herein are not meant to be an exhaustive list. For information about the privacy practices of such third parties, please consult with them directly.

1.1 In this Privacy Policy:
1.2 "We" and "Us" and "BOPPL" are references to Boppl Limited, a company incorporated in England with registered number 8462167 and registered address at 9 White Lion Street, London N1 9PD and its subsidiary Boppl (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN: 165 630 419).
1.3 "Goods" means any products or services listed for sale by the Venue via Boppl
1.4 "Venue" means an establishment that offers its Goods for sale via Boppl.
1.5 "Boppl" means Smartphone application published by BOPPL from time to time, including without limitation any associated social networking profiles, enabling Users to locate Venues, browse associated Goods and place an Order.
1.6 "User" and "You" means the person using Boppl to make and pay for Orders relating to the Venue products or services.
1.7 "Smartphone" means a mobile phone device running an operating system.
1.8 This policy, together with the Terms of Service explains what types of personal and non-personal information we collect when you use Boppl and the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. By disclosing your personal information to us by using Boppl, or speaking to us over the telephone you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information as stated in this policy.
1.9 BOPPL uses the personal information we collect from you to provide our service to you. We will not rent, sell or share your personal information with any other company for its own marketing purposes without your consent except where mentioned in this policy.

2. What information do we collect?
2.1 We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:
(a) if you register as a user of Boppl, you will be asked to complete a form which will require you to provide some or all of your name, address, email address, telephone number and date of birth;
(b) when you contact us by email or telephone or through any contact form provided on Boppl, we may ask you to provide some or all of the information set out in paragraph (a) above;
(c) we may collect, store and use information about your mobile device or other item of hardware through which you access Boppl and your visits to and use of Boppl (including without limitation your IP address, device information, geographical location, browser/platform type and version, Internet Service Provider, operating system, referral source/exit pages, length of visit, page views and in-application navigation); and
(d) if you access Boppl through a social networking profile, we may collect, store and use the details of that social networking profile and any information contained therein in order to populate any forms you might wish to complete on Boppl.
2.2 We may also ask you to complete surveys and give feedback that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

3. How do we use collected information?
3.1 We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
(a) to manage and administer Boppl;
(b) to improve your browsing experience by personalising Boppl;
(c) to enable you to use Boppl;
(d) to send you email receipts for purchases made through Boppl;
(e) to send you newsletters and other relevant and targeted promotional communications;
(f) to deal with enquiries, complaints and feedback from you and our service providers;
(g) to provide third parties with statistical anonymised information about our users;
(h) to notify you of changes to our Service;
(i) to send you emails offering you to take part in a survey and/or give feedback; and
(j) to analyse and improve the services offered on Boppl.

4. When might we disclose personal information?
4.1 We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
4.2 We may also disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a duty to do so in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use or terms and conditions of supply and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BOPPL, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
4.3 Except to the extent required by any applicable law or governmental or judicial body, we will not disclose your personal information to any third party other than to any Venue to whom we are required to disclose personal information in order for them to provide their services to you.
4.4 Where you have completed a survey or given feedback, we may publish some or all of the information you have provided to us in the survey and/or feedback on Boppl and/or on our social networking profiles.
4.5 We may disclose your personal information to third parties only where you have consented to this.

5. Our use of cookies and web beacons
5.1 Cookies are text files stored, either on a temporary or persistent basis on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies are used for authenticating, session tracking and maintaining specific information about the use and users of Boppl. Our full cookie policy can be view at https://boppl.me/cookies
5.2 Web beacons consist of a small string of software code that represents a graphic image request on a page or email. There may or may not be a visible graphic image associated with the web beacon and often the image is designed to blend into the background of a page or email. Web beacons can be used for many purposes - including site traffic reporting, unique visitor counts, advertising auditing and reporting, and personalization. Web beacons used by Boppl collect only anonymous data.
5.3 In order to understand how people use Boppl and for marketing analysis and quality improvement purposes, we (and/or third party service providers) may collect, record, process and use on an anonymous basis certain information (including the total number of transactions, viewed pages, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp information and details like the number and location of mouse clicks on a given page, mouse movements, scrolling activity and the search words you use while being on and using Boppl.
5.4 If you register with us or if you continue to use Boppl, you agree to our use of cookies.

6. Where we store your personal data
6.1 All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone else.
6.2 The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
6.3 We take the security of your personal data very seriously. In particular we use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that appropriate security measures are in place to protect your personal data. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and so we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through Boppl; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
6.4 Do Not Track: All tracking on boppl.me is performed by Google Analytics. The script for Google Analytics does, however, not take into consideration whether you have enabled 'Do Not Track' in your web browser. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google. Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of boppl.me, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Personal data collected is limited to Cookie and Usage Data and is processed in the United States of America. 7. Links to third party websites
7.1 Boppl may include links to third party websites, mobile sites or applications. We are not responsible for the content of these third party products. Please ensure that prior to using any such website, mobile site or application you have read and understood its privacy policy and terms of service.
7.2 We may allow third party advertisers to advertise on Boppl. Third party advertisers, or internet advertising companies working on their behalf, sometimes use technology to send (or "serve") the advertisements that may appear on Boppl directly. They may automatically receive your device data including, but not limited to, IP address, location and operating system. They may also use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their advertising and to personalise advertising content. We do not have access to or control over cookies or other features that they may use, and the information practices of these advertisers and third party websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Please contact them directly for more information about their privacy policies. We are not responsible for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by third party products to which you provide information or visit.
7.3 Third parties cannot collect personal information about the user across websites and over time.

8. Your rights
8.1 The Act gives you the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. 9. Access to information
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. You may alter your information at any time via any of Boppl's apps, or by contacting Boppl directly at help@boppl.me.

10. Changes to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy. Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail. We will keep the Policy under regular review and we will place any updates on this website.
